Inspection Trips

Dear Customer,
For your personal convenience and comfortability, BG Real Estate offers you inspection trips on weekly basis from Monday to Sunday. No obligations to buy!

What you need to do in order to book your inspection trip is:

Pick up the convenient dates for your trip
Decide the time period you would like to spend on property viewings.
(We suggest you take at least 3 days in order to be able to see as many properties as possible.)
Book your trip by e-mail at least 15 days before it is due!
(We will send you a confirmation in 2 days and will arrange everything for you!)

The price of the inspection trip package is ONLY £250 per person + £20 (*) per day per person.

* - This doesn’t include daily expenditure money.

It includes:

Return flight London - Sofia
Personal guide and translator
Picking you from the Airport and transport to the hotel
Room in a 3 star hotel in Nova Zagora/Sofia, breakfast included
Property viewings
Transport from the hotel to Sofia Airport

In order to proceed your inquiry and to reserve your place we expect you to pay 50% deposit of the whole amount for the trip.
